Visiting and Accompaniment Policy

If your physician has forbidden visitors and/or chaperones for the health of your patient, please take care to comply with this.

Do not bring children under the age of 7 to inpatient floors and under the age of 16 to intensive care units.

For the health of our patients, please make sure that there are no more than two visitors in the room at the same time and that the duration of the visit is limited to 10 minutes.

To visit patients in intensive care, contact the patient’s nurse via the telephone at the entrance of the unit. If there is no medical contraindication, you can be admitted if the patient and intensive care environment are suitable. Please pay attention to the information about the visiting rules to be made during the entrance.

People with fever, runny nose, cough, diarrhoea, vomiting and infectious dermatitis are not allowed as visitors.

Visitor restrictions may be imposed in the presence of an outbreak in the community.

Wash your hands before and after your visit or use the hand sanitiser in the area.

Follow the recommendations of our healthcare professionals when visiting patients in isolation.

Do not come into contact with patients and patient care materials other than your own.

Please respect the privacy of patients and their relatives during your visit.

Please refrain from crying, shouting, etc. in the presence of our patients (as it may be harmful to them), which may reflect your emotional state.

In order to protect the health of our patients, please do not bring or accept food and beverages from outside.

Grounded flowers are not accepted in patient rooms due to the risk of infection. Flowers with soil on behalf of the patient will be delivered to the patient upon discharge.

Please do not use mobile phones in areas with medical equipment.

Do not use devices such as water heaters in patient rooms as they may cause technical problems.

Do not speak loudly.

Pets are not allowed in our hospitals, please do not bring them.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our hospitals, except in designated areas.

Visitors in the room after 22.00 are accepted as companions. Only 1 companion can accompany our patients in all rooms.
